My computer is running slower than usual
•  Check if you have other programs running at the same time. Running mulitple heavy programs may take up more memory and cause your computer to act slower. Check by opening the task manager window and only have running the progams you need.

•  If there are no other programs running, make sure to restart your computer after a lengthy time of usage. This can help as it clears up the memory within.

My computer runs out of battery charge so fast
•  This could mean you need a battery replacement for your computer. The battery could have possibly reached its life span. We can help you determine if it's the battery or something more serious.

•  You could also make sure you are connecting the charger correctly and that there isn't any perforations on the cable. If the cable is damaged, your computer may not be getting the energy needed for a full battery.

•  Also take note that what you do on your computer affects the battery in different ways. Some programs or activities take up more energy from your battery than others. Make sure no other program is running if you don't need it. Open the "Task Manager" window and see what programs and processes are currently running in your computer.

My computer gets really hot
•  This can be very serious as it can cause a fire if your computer starts to over heat. In most cases, this is a simple change of battery or it could contain a malware that causes your computer to maintain in bussy mode. Power the computer off and bring it as soon as possible so that we can diagnose it.

I hear no sound from my computer speakers
•  Your computer may have the sensor that detects for headphones in "on" mode and therefore it won't output sound from your computer speakers. You can connect some headphones and see if your computer will output sound through there, if so, the sensor is the problem. Try cleaning the headphone input, blow into it to turn the sensor off.

•  Your computer speakers may be harmed and therefore no sound can come out. This may require for speaker replacement. If this is the case, the computer shouldn't make any sounds, not even when shutting down or booting up.

My computer has a line on the display
•  In most cases, this is the display that's starting to wear off. It can be pixels that have gone dead and therefore can't display any color. Try re-booting the system. If it's the display, it will only get worse as time goes by, contact us immediately.
